Be the founder’s right hand for client fulfillment, onboarding, client success, team hiring, ad-creator management, and recurring-cash collection. Recurring cash is approximately 30% of revenue this month, and we are targeting a 50%+ mix as we grow. This is an opportunity to get in early, own account expansion, and help take a growing agency to the next level.

The role starts at a $2,000/month base plus a 5% profit share on collected recurring cash. As recurring cash grows, the role has $2,000–$10,000+ monthly earning potential, subject to the written agreement and performance.
